Help to sustain client delivery, manage increased demand, and strengthen technical governance effectively.

  • Contribute to client pitches, request for proposal (RFPs) and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Act as a senior technical resource within the actuarial team, providing guidance, challenge, and expert judgement on complex assignments.
  • Perform peer review of actuarial analyses and modelling outputs to ensure technical quality and robustness.

  • Mentor, coach, and support the development of trainee and junior actuaries.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer across the team and contribute to building long-term actuarial capability.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives supporting the growth and development of the Analytics function.
  • Support the ongoing development of actuarial standards, methodologies, and best practices in the team.

What We're Looking For – Functional & Behavioural Competencies

  • Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA) or equivalent professional actuarial qualification.
