Field-based Business Development Manager role focused on winning new service and maintenance contracts.

Hybrid working with a territory covering an hour’s radius of Andover.

THE ROLE: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business within an hour’s radius of Andover, selling lift service and maintenance contracts into commercial buildings and high-rise residential developments. Working directly with end users and facilities management companies, you will manage the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities and securing meetings through to presenting proposals, negotiating and closing business. This is a true new business role with ambitious growth targets and the support of experienced internal teams including service, projects, quotations and service engineers.

LOCATION: Hybrid role covering an hour’s radius of Andover. You will spend one day per week in the Andover office with the other four working remotely on patch.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least two years B2B sales experience within the lift & elevator industry
  • Strong new business development and full sales cycle experience
  • Comfortable engaging Facilities Managers, Estates Managers and Building Managers
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Motivated by building a territory and being recognised for success

THE PACKAGE:

  • £45,000-£55,000 basic salary
  • £20,000 OTE, paid quarterly
  • £5,400 car allowance
  • 25 days holiday
  • Pension (4% employer / 5% employee)
  • Life assurance (3x salary)
