We're hiring a UK Sales Manager to lead a high‐performing national team within the care homes sector. You'll manage 6 field‐based Sales Heads, driving people leadership, coaching and commercial delivery across key regions. This role suits a proven field‐based sales leader who thrives on accountability, performance management and developing others. Expect regular field accompaniment, hands‐on deal coaching and full ownership of team results.
