THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Manager to join a specialist healthcare organisation supplying advanced wound care and infection prevention solutions across the UK. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of brand development and marketing activity, supporting commercial growth through the delivery of impactful campaigns and market-driven initiatives. The role combines brand management, digital marketing, product launches, content creation, and market analysis. You will work closely with sales, clinical, and external partners to strengthen brand positioning, generate customer insights, and support the successful execution of marketing strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing digital and social media presence
- Managing exhibitions and conferences
- Coordinating marketing materials
- Analysing campaign performance
- Supporting new product launches
LOCATION
Based in Alperton, London. Office-based during probation, moving to a hybrid working arrangement thereafter.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree educated in Marketing, Business, Healthcare or a related discipline
- 2+ years’ experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing Management or similar within Medical Devices consumables, healthcare, wound care or medical devices
- Strong understanding of the NHS and healthcare purchasing environment
- Strong Marketing analytics and insight
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, ideally Salesforce
- Experience in marketing events – including attendance when required
- Comfortable presenting to senior management and wider audience – analytics, portfolio performance, campaign performance
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
