Head of Sales
The Role
Take ownership of a hands‑on Head of Sales position, leading, coaching and developing a team of 7 to deliver sustained growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll drive performance, win new business, strengthen key accounts and use data to guide commercial decisions. This is about building a motivated, accountable and high‑performing team – not just managing numbers.
Requirements
- B2B proven sales leadership experience
- Track record of delivering growth and hitting targets
- Strong communicator with a growth mindset
- Able to commute to state‑of‑the‑art premises in South Yorkshire most days per week
The Package
- £50,000-£70,000 DOE
- Uncapped profit share (OTE potential to double salary)
- £6,800 car allowance
- 6% pension, life assurance
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
