As a Graduate Commercial Trainee, the package you will receive is:
- £31,000 basic salary
- Eligibility for lucrative company profit share scheme
- Incentivised learning (bonus opportunity upon completion of training)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Extensive professional sales training – fully funded and accredited
- Auto-enrolment into the Company’s contributory pension scheme
Requirements for this role:

- This role requires you to work an occasional Saturday morning as the business trades 6 days a week

The Role: Edmundson Electrical are looking to recruit, train and develop ambitious graduates to be based out of any of their 400 independently run profit centres across the UK.
As a Graduate Sales Trainee at Edmundson, you will be educated on both the company, their products and the market they sell into. Receiving continuous ‘on the job’ training, the graduate will also have the opportunity to receive professional sales training to equip them with all the tools and skills needed to flourish in a successful sales career.
