South Wales + South West – field based sales role in Medical Devices – General Surgery.

Run your own territory whilst building insightful clinical and commercial relationships. Great opportunity to enter or develop experience in medical capital equipment sales with uncapped earning potential, top earners achieving six figures.

THE JOB: Working within hospital environments (NHS & Private) selling a range of general surgery capital equipment. Typical decision makers you will talk to in hospitals include surgeons, theatre staff and procurement managers. Full product training will be provided and career and earning prospects are very attractive.

  • Field based 4 days per week and in theatre regularly.
  • Full ownership of growing your territory by organising meetings, conducting product training sessions, and delivering clinical support.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, setting clear goals to achieve and exceed sales targets!

THE COMPANY: A global leader in medical technology! Our client is dedicated to developing and delivering surgical and patient monitoring products. The portfolio includes products for laparoscopic and robotic-assisted general surgery procedures and advanced filtration technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Either medical capital equipment sales experience OR medical device sales / theatre/surgical rep.
  • Clinical candidates with a strong drive to move into commercial.
  • Full driving licence.

The Package for Surgical Sales Rep:

  • Basic: £35,000 to £50,000 – depending on experience – £55K for industry experience only.
  • Bonus: £28,000+ uncapped.
