Territory Sales Manager
Purpose of the Role of Territory Sales Manager – Temporary Accommodation :
Due to expansion, this cash rich, astutely run business is now looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to realise their ambitious growth plans for the hire modular accommodation anti-vandal and welfare cabins within the construction market sector. Your focus will be to utilise your knowledge of this market in developing new opportunities to win projects within an assigned portfolio of accounts which include house builders, developers, main contractors and civil contractors across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Bristol and south Wales. When not onsite with customers, you will be based at their impressive branch in Swindon, where a highly experienced team will support you in delivering on the projects, so you will live a commutable distance to Swindon.
For the position of Regional Account Manager – Temporary Accommodation, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must have sales experience within the construction hire industry at some point
- Enjoys a hands-on approach, getting involved in all aspects of a project
- Driving licence
