Creation of a brand-new pharmaceutical sales team with a dynamic and inspiring sales leader. A growing product range has led to the recruitment of experienced and ABPI qualified sales professionals across the UK.

Role: Pharma Field Sales – Primary & Secondary Care

The Company

A long-established market leading global international organisation who continue to succeed and grow across a range of commercial and NHS ophthalmic product arenas thanks to innovation, a healthy new product pipeline and a customer focus second to none. This division provides a premium quality range of ophthalmic pharmaceuticals and consumables sold into the acute and primary care sector for use within GP practices, hospitals and clinics.

The Role

As Sales Representative, the successful applicant will enjoy a varied field-based role. You will be tasked with winning new business as well as managing existing business. Time will be split between primary and secondary care and contact level will typically be ophthalmologists, surgeons, hospital and practice pharmacists, glaucoma leads, nursing teams and optometrists.

Candidates must have the ABPI qualification and have sold into acute hospitals and primary care environments.

Benefits and Package Details

  • Basic: £50,000 to £60,000
  • Commission: 20% capped
  • Company car: Fully expensed car or car allowance £700 pcm
  • Benefits: healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats
