THE ROLE: As Territory Manager, you will take ownership of the London territory, developing relationships with leading spinal surgeons, theatre teams and procurement stakeholders. You will provide expert in-theatre support, helping clinicians achieve the best patient outcomes while driving adoption of innovative spinal products. Youβll identify new opportunities, grow existing accounts, deliver product training, support surgical cases and work closely with customers to understand their needs. This is a hands-on, relationship-led sales role where credibility, confidence and clinical engagement are key.
THE COMPANY: A specialist UK medical device distributor supplying innovative spinal surgery solutions into NHS and private hospitals. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a driven and personable sales professional to join their expanding team.
YOU: Surgical sales experience preferred (spine ideal, other specialities considered) OR/theatre background such as Scrub Nurse or ODP welcomed. Confident working with surgeons and clinical teams. Commercial, motivated and relationship-focused.
Package: Β£40-45k basic + Β£20k bonus | Β£600/month car allowance | Healthcare | Pension | 22 days holiday + BH
