The Role – Technical Sales Manager
This opportunity is focused on growing demand for a leading range of metal framing systems used in cable management, including trays, ladders, baskets and fittings.
Covering the Midlands, you will work closely with M&E contractors, estimators, procurement teams and site professionals to develop specifications, manage a healthy sales pipeline and support projects from enquiry through to order. You will also collaborate with electrical wholesale branches and distribution partners to maximise regional growth.
The Location
Field-based across the Midlands, with the preferred candidate ideally living within the region. The role involves four days per week on the road.
Requirements
- Experience selling into M&E contractors or through electrical wholesale channels
- Background in electrical products or related technical solutions, ideally within cable management or associated markets
- Strong relationship‑building and business development skills with a proactive approach
- Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and identifying new opportunities
- Full UK driving licence required
The Package
- £45,000-£55,000 basic salary
- Annual bonus worth 20% of salary, with the opportunity to earn kickers
