Overview
Territory – Southern England – Kent to Cornwall, up to Oxford. NIV products – sleep therapy, ventilators and software.
As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will cover the South of the UK from Oxfordshire down to the South Coast, promoting and managing a full portfolio of NIV and sleep ventilation products across NHS hospitals and respiratory clinics.
Decision makers – the focus of the role is building strong relationships with key opinion leaders, including lead clinicians, sleep therapists, senior nurse consultants, heads of sleep services and respiratory teams.
The Job
You will be responsible for driving product adoption across the region, managing both new and existing accounts. The role is hands-on and varied, involving proactive sales and targets to achieve, clinical demonstrations, product set-up and ongoing support throughout the lifecycle of each account. Products are sold into hospitals and used within the home care setting, requiring a strong understanding of both clinical practice and patient pathways.
This position sits within a small but growing UK team backed by a highly established European manufacturer that owns its full supply chain and has achieved dominant market share across France and Germany. The technology is clinically strong, with advanced algorithms designed to improve patient outcomes.
The Candidate Profile
- Ideally proven experience in Non-Invasive Ventilation or Sleep Ventilation sales
- A strong understanding of sleep and/or respiratory care from a clinical or commercial perspective
- Confidence working with senior clinical stakeholders
- A structured, self-motivated approach to territory management
- Full driving licence
