What would this graduate sales role involve?
As a Graduate Sales Representative, you will work on new business opportunities through your own outreach, as well as responding to incoming inquiries. The first few months of the role will be heavily training focused, with no set KPIs. This is a consultative sell. Once up and running, you’ll be trained to identify an opportunity, validate which products would suit best and manage the process with the client through to implementation.
What are the company looking for?
This is a fully entry level role – there is no business-to-business sales experience required. The company is looking for a confident individual that can think outside the box, ask questions and work as part of a team. The role is based in Leighton Buzzard, candidates should be able to commute to the office Monday-Friday.
