What would I do as a Field Sales Representative?
Covering a patch across the South of England, your first few weeks will involve comprehensive training & shadowing alongside the existing sales team. You’ll also be enrolled in an external sales training programme through BMS Performance. As you get up and running, you’ll be given a list of already‑spending accounts to start managing, starting to spend your time travelling to face‑to‑face meetings with them to build relationships. Progressing over the first year you’ll seek to develop these relationships further, increasing spend amongst your client base whilst reacting to inbound leads to add new clients. You’ll typically spend 3-4 days per week at in‑person meetings across your geographical territory, a further 1-2 days working from home.
What are the company looking for?
The nature of this being a field‑sales role means that the right individual will be personable, relatable, honest and mature. The size of the patch means that occasionally overnight stays (fully expensed) will be required.
