THE ROLE: This is a field-based role covering the North West, focused on driving growth across a specialist neurosurgery portfolio within NHS hospitals. You will be responsible for developing both new and existing accounts, working closely with neurosurgeons, consultants, theatre staff and procurement teams to increase product adoption and market share. The role involves a consultative approach combining in-theatre support, product demonstrations, training and structured account development. You will build strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders, support procedures where required and develop your commercial skillset within a highly specialised area of surgical sales, with full training provided.

THE TERRITORY: North West.

REQUIREMENTS: Neuro sales experience OR at least 2 years’ experience in theatre sales OR a Neuroscience graduate seeking a new challenge in surgical sales OR neuro clinicians seeking a new challenge. Full driving licence with no more than 6 points.

THE PACKAGE: Basic: up to £50,000 (DOE). Bonus: “22,000+ uncapped. Company car (hybrid/electric). 27 days holiday + bank holidays. Pension, healthcare, life assurance and additional benefits.
