The Role
As an Inbound Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing all inbound enquiries and converting interest into sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls and online enquiries
- Understanding customer needs and recommending solutions
- Preparing quotes and closing sales
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Selling to customers across the UK and internationally
Working pattern:
- 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Office-based 2 days per week (Wednesday mandatory)
- Work from home 3 days per week
