We are recruiting for a brand trainer to join a leading tobacco manufacturer in a field-based, customer-facing role. This is an entry-level sales opportunity and would also suit career changers or candidates from retail or hospitality backgrounds who are confident engaging with people and keen to build a career in field sales and brand training. The role focuses on selling directly to retailers in cash & carry environments across London, and subsequently training their store staff on how to sell the company’s brands, making this a hands-on, fast-paced role.
The Role
- Selling tobacco products directly to retailers within cash & carry environments
- Training store staff on how to sell and recommend their brand portfolio
- Driving brand awareness, advocacy, and visibility in-store
- Supporting product launches and in-store promotions
- Building strong relationships with store teams and independent retailers
- Managing your London territory effectively
- Accurately reporting activity and market feedback
