I’m working with an international medical technology manufacturer looking to add a Customer Support Specialist to its Runcorn team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, processing orders, quotations and enquiries while working closely with Sales, Operations and Technical teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or customer support experience.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Oracle experience desirable).
  • Able to manage customer orders, quotations, complaints and general enquiries.
  • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
