The Role

The Technical Trainer will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive training to both internal and external teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing training courses tailored to the company’s product range.
  • Ensuring a high pass rate through effective training methods.
  • Learning and maintaining a high level of knowledge of the company’s product range.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and managers to ensure effective and comprehensive training is provided to clients.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Engineer/Technician in the Navy is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Previous experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt and learn complex technical engineering concepts.
  • Happy to operate in a field-based role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident and able to speak in front of large groups.
