This Field Service Engineer role is split 60% site-based and 40% workshop-based in South Shields. You’ll service, maintain, and repair steam boiler systems alongside compressors and related equipment, supporting a diverse client base.
Requirements:
- Proven steam experience (industrial, marine, or naval)
- Steam qualifications (BG01 desirable)
- Multi-skilled mechanical/electrical background
- Full UK driving licence
- Willing to stay away ~1 night per week
Package:
- Salary up to £40,000 (total earnings, with overtime, bonus etc 48-50K)
- Bonus scheme
- Company vehicle
- 15% pension (5% employee / 10% employer)
- Overtime up to £8,000
- 25 days holiday + banks (rising to 27)
