National Sales Manager
The Role:
A rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role within a fast-growing medical company, reporting directly COO. As National Sales Manager, you’ll take charge of a dynamic sales force, managing two Regional Business Managers and their respective teams of 22. Your focus will be 80% team leadership and strategy, and 20% direct revenue generation. You’ll drive sales across a portfolio of advanced skin care consumables, barrier creams, and wound dressings-products trusted by healthcare professionals to protect vulnerable skin, support healing, and prevent infection.
You’ll build and nurture relationships with Tissue Viability Nurses, Clinical Specialists, Procurement Leads, and Pharmacists, ensuring the company’s innovative solutions continue to gain traction across key NHS frameworks and formularies.

Established for over 15 years, this organisation have enjoyed double digit growth over the past few years. They are looking for an established medical sales or clinical professional to manage and further develop their business within Scotland, having already secured formularies across the territory across different product ranges. Driving compliance / “pulling the business through” will be key to your success, managing and growing a £multi-million turnover patch.
The Requirements:
To be considered for the National Sales Manager role:
* Proven sales management experience in medical devices or healthcare with direct reports with proven success
* Opportunity for regional managers to step into a national position
* The ideal candidate will be confident in leading both direct and indirect reports, while also playing an active role in managing and developing large, strategic customer accounts.
