This is a well-established MarTech software and managed services business, helping organisations understand marketing performance, attribution and ROI. The company combines proprietary analytics technology with hands‑on expertise, acting as an extension of clients’ marketing teams rather than a pure software vendor. It works across a broad mix of sectors and is known for a client‑first, values‑led culture focused on insight, integrity and impact.
This is a hands‑on Marketing Manager role within a growing B2B technology business where marketing plays a direct role in lead generation, client engagement and commercial performance. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll take ownership of delivering integrated marketing activity, working closely with sales and product teams to turn strategy into execution. As the function evolves, there is clear scope to take on greater responsibility, including the opportunity to hire and manage a junior report to support campaign delivery.
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising marketing campaigns across digital channels, content and events, with a strong focus on performance and outcomes. This role suits someone who enjoys owning and delivering campaigns end to end, using data to improve results, with scope to add strategic coordination and oversight as the function scales.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns covering lead generation, thought leadership, product launches and client engagement
- Manage and optimise key channels including website, SEO, paid media, email and social
- Own campaign reporting and KPIs, using data to continuously improve performance and ROI
- Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align messaging, priorities and campaign focus
- Support brand consistency and quality across all marketing touchpoints
- Manage suppliers and budgets to ensure effective use of spend
- Help shape execution priorities and, as the team grows, delegate and oversee delivery of selected marketing activities
- Keep up to date with marketing tools, platforms and best practice
You’re a hands‑on, commercially minded B2B marketer who enjoys owning delivery and seeing the impact of your work. You’re comfortable managing campaigns end to end, working closely with sales and product, and using data to guide decisions. You’re also at a stage where you’re keen to take on more responsibility, including the opportunity to mentor and line‑manage a junior team member as the function grows. This role will suit someone comfortable being hands‑on and accountable for outcomes, rather than operating purely at a strategic or conceptual level.
You’ll likely bring:
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology or professional services
- A track record of delivering campaigns that generate leads, engagement and pipeline
- Strong hands‑on experience across digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, website optimisation, social)
- Confidence producing and managing content, events and campaigns
- A data‑led mindset, with experience using analytics, CRM and marketing automation tools
- Some experience mentoring, coaching or overseeing others; or clear ambition to step into line management
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and project management skills
This role offers the opportunity to take on broader ownership in a hands‑on B2B marketing position, with scope to step into people management and hire a junior report to support execution as the function scales.
