Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across a portfolio of international B2B events
  • Coordinate logistics for media and association partnerships, including contra agreements and asset fulfilment
  • Support the design and creation of marketing materials using Canva (digital, video, and print)
  • Write engaging copy for emails, brochures, social posts, and website updates
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support campaign strategy
  • Manage CRM data, track campaign performance, and support with reporting in Salesforce
  • Coordinate and schedule email campaigns and assist with social media content planning
  • Maintain accurate financial records including purchase orders and credit card spend tracking
  • Assist in preparing campaign reports and handover packs for sales and telemarketing teams
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and deliver commercial outcomes
