THE ROLE
As the Sales Associate, you will work alongside and learn from experienced salespeople, conducting product demonstrations and providing support to clinical end users, often during surgical procedures where the products are used. The company is an international manufacturer of electrosurgery generators, surgical instruments, diathermy equipment, and smoke evacuation systems. The company has a “promote from within” policy where the first 12 months focuses on your training, building product and market knowledge, before promoting you into a territory sales management role.
THE PERSON
- Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge
- A nursing/clinical background or relevant degree e.g. sports and exercise science, physiotherapy, biology-based subjects
- Organised, proactive and commercially motivated
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
THE PACKAGE
- £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary depending on experience
- Hybrid company car or £550 per month car allowance
