Our client is seeking an experienced Growth Director to lead and accelerate their UK commercial strategy. This is a senior leadership role focused on expanding market share, strengthening national customer relationships, and developing a high performing distributor network. The successful candidate will balance strategic vision with hands on execution and bring strong experience in B2B sales leadership within sectors such as hospitality, food service or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and deliver a UK sales strategy aligned to wider group objectives
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop the UK sales team, setting clear targets and driving accountability
- Forecast sales performance, market trends, and channel activity to inform decision making
- Build and grow relationships with major national and multi-site customers
- Negotiate national agreements, pricing frameworks, and service level expectations
- Own the end-to-end commercial performance of strategic accounts, driving sustainable revenue growth
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and operational teams to ensure joined up customer support
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to align UK activity with wider business priorities
- Share market insight to support product development, pricing, and positioning
- Performance Management and Reporting
- Manage the UK sales budget and deliver accurate pipeline, KPI, and revenue reporting
