This is a rare opportunity to join a newly created Patient Temperature Monitoring division within a rapidly expanding medical device organisation. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business, driving market share, and establishing this portfolio across NHS and private hospitals throughout the North of England and the Midlands.

You will lead strategic business development activity, identifying high‑value opportunities, securing new accounts, and positioning a competitively priced, clinically strong product range. The role involves working closely with clinical and commercial settings such as theatre, critical care, neonatal and procurement, and typical contact level will be surgeons, consultants, specialist nurses and theatre teams. This is a high‑autonomy, high‑impact role with genuine career acceleration.

Requirements:

  • Experience selling into theatre environments within the NHS
  • A strong track record in medical device sales, business development, or clinical engagement
  • Ability to build credible relationships with consultants, specialist nurses, procurement and theatre teams
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with the drive to win new business and grow market share
  • Confidence working in a start‑up style environment within an established organisation
  • Driving licence with no more than 3 points
