The Role
As Territory Manager within the spinal division, you will cover the London area, selling a portfolio of innovative spinal solutions. You will build relationships with spinal surgeons, theatre teams and procurement, providing in‐theatre clinical and technical support during cases. The role involves identifying opportunities, driving sales growth, tailoring solutions to customer needs, and supporting product adoption. You will also monitor competitor activity and market developments while helping improve patient outcomes and achieve sales targets.

The Right Candidate
- Surgical sales experience preferred, ideally within spine (other specialities considered)
- OR clinical theatre background such as scrub nurse or ODP
- Confident engaging with surgeons and theatre teams
- Flexible with travel requirements
- Full driving licence (max. 6 points)
The Package for Territory Manager
- Basic: £40,000-45,000
- Bonus: £20,000
- Car: £600/month allowance
- Benefits: Healthcare, pension, 22 days holiday + bank holidays
