The Role:
- Sell enterprise SaaS solutions into organisations with 1,000+ employees across EMEA.
- Manage complex multi-threaded sales cycles.
- Blend SDR, marketing, events, and self-generated pipeline.
- Average deal size of c.£21K, with enterprise opportunities exceeding £100K ACV.
- Quarterly target of £112K.
- Predominantly new business focused, with strong land-and-expand opportunity.
The Candidate:
- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Exposure to managing £100K+ deals.
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
- Experience selling into regulated industries beneficial.
- MEDDPICC exposure highly desirable.
- Highly coachable, ambitious, and comfortable in high-performance sales cultures.
The Package:
- Basic Salary: £75,000-£85,000
- OTE: £150,000-£170,000 (uncapped)
