A well-established events business is looking to appoint a Portfolio Manager to drive revenue growth across a large-scale exhibitions portfolio. This is a commercially focused leadership role, combining direct sales responsibility with team management and strategic input.

This role will take ownership of commercial performance across a key portfolio of events, managing both individual revenue generation and the leadership of a small sales team. You will be responsible for driving new business, developing growth strategies and ensuring the team delivers against revenue objectives. The position involves selling exhibition and sponsorship opportunities to a broad range of commercial clients, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and industry stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and managing a small commercial sales team
  • Driving revenue growth across an established events portfolio
  • Selling exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities
  • Developing and executing commercial sales strategies
  • Building relationships with exhibitors, partners and industry contacts
  • Generating new business through outbound activity, networking and inbound leads
  • Coaching and supporting team members to maximise performance
  • Managing your own pipeline and contributing directly to revenue targets

Experience:

  • Proven B2B sales experience within exhibitions, events or media
  • Experience managing, mentoring or leading sales professionals
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable operating in both face-to-face and phone-based sales environments

Package:
