We’re seeking a national Business Development Manager to grow sales within NHS Trusts across the UK. This strategic field-based role combines developing existing NHS relationships with identifying new opportunities across a broad portfolio of medical products.

Performance Health is a recognised leader in mobility, rehabilitation and independent living products, supplying healthcare organisations across the UK through a trusted brand built over nearly a century.

Requirements / Qualifications: Due to the specialist nature of the job, candidates must have sold an extensive range of medical products at a strategic level to the NHS.

Responsibilities: You’ll engage senior clinical leaders, procurement teams and decision-makers, spending 2-3 days per week in the field while collaborating closely with internal colleagues to deliver commercially valuable solutions.

Package: £60,000-£70,000 basic + 27% bonus, £883/month car allowance, pension, laptop, mobile and 25 days’ holiday.
