THE ROLE
As Sales Associate, the successful candidate will be given a great introduction to the commercial world within orthopaedics! Working closely with colleagues and helping to manage key relationships with consultants, surgeons, ODPs, theatre managers and clinical staff, you will also look after caseloads, trials and implementations. This means a lot of time will be spent in theatre. Full product training will be provided and career and earning prospects are very attractive indeed – with a realistic opportunity of a high achiever being promoted into a more senior role within the organisation.
THE COMPANY
A well established and highly regarded supplier of orthopaedic products – bringing innovation to the UK market! A particular emphasis is on extremities and fragility fractures. Continued success and expansion means they are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised, ambitious and credible candidate to provide training, support and education to their customers in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire, with a view to then progressing into a full sales role! They work with a number of leading, research-focused manufacturers from Europe and the rest of the world.
REQUIREMENTS
- An ODP, theatre nurse or physio looking to progress into a commercial role OR
- A graduate with relevant anatomy and physiology knowledge and some commercial/customer-facing experience.
- Living in Lincolnshire ONLY
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Happy spending a lot of time in theatre supporting surgeons and theatre staff
