The Opportunity
This is a hands-on Marketing Automation & Campaign Specialist role working within a central campaigns team, reporting to a Senior Campaigns Manager. The focus is clear: driving lead generation through marketing automation and digital campaigns, ensuring prospects are nurtured through the funnel and activity is accurately tracked and measured. This role suits someone who enjoys working close to the mechanics of marketing automation, data, tracking and performance, rather than operating at a purely conceptual level.
The Role
You’ll plan, execute and optimise automated campaigns and digital activity, with Pardot and Salesforce at the heart of everything you do. This is an execution-led role where structure, accuracy and optimisation matter, working closely with RevOps, Sales and regional marketing teams to improve funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, run and optimise marketing automation workflows in Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Execute segmentation, scoring and email nurture programmes across funnel stages.
- Deliver paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Search / Display.
- Ensure clean Salesforce campaign setup, integration and tracking.
- Maintain accurate data capture and attribution to support ROI reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, RevOps and Sales teams to align activity and outcomes.
About You
You’re a marketing automation and digital marketing specialist, not a generalist. You enjoy hands-on execution, working with automation platforms, paid media and data to move prospects through the funnel. You’ll likely bring 3+ years’ experience in B2B lead generation marketing roles with strengths across marketing automation and digital campaigns.
Strong hands-on experience with Account Engagement (Pardot).
Working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud).
Experience running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads in a B2B environment.
A data-led mindset with strong attention to detail.
Fluent English.
