Role responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, print and onsite activation
- Help produce campaign content, newsletters, emails, graphics and digital assets and support weekly performance reporting
- Assist with building and scheduling email campaigns, including list segmentation and HubSpot workflows
- Post and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, including short-form video
- Support content creation for newsletters, articles and webinars, working closely with internal teams
- Maintain and update CRM data and mailing lists, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance
- Provide hands-on support at events and trade shows, working closely with sponsors, exhibitors and partners
Candidate background
- 0-2 years' marketing experience, graduates and those with minimal experience are very welcome to apply
- A genuine go-getter attitude, willing to get stuck into tasks outside the job description and learn on the job
- Confident, friendly communication style, this is a client-facing role involving regular contact with stakeholders
- Interest or hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media or email campaigns
- Strong organisational skills and comfortable managing multiple tasks to deadlines
- Evidence of initiative outside of work such as volunteering, personal projects, society leadership are a big pluses..
