The Role: As Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving both new business and managing existing accounts across key hospitals across the South Coast of the UK. You will be selling market leading, innovative cardiology products into cath labs and hospitals. This is a consultative, clinically focused sales role, selling on the strength of product features, benefits and outcomes.
You’ll engage with:
- Interventional cardiologists
- Vascular surgeons
- Radiologists
- Cath lab managers and staff
- Procurement and commercial stakeholders
Full product and clinical training is provided. You’ll be joining a highly credible and supportive team with ambitious growth goals.
Candidate Profile: We’re seeking one of the following:
- The ideal candidate should have experience selling to cath labs
- Candidates who have sales experience selling to surgeons and operating rooms will also be considered.
- Consumable based theatre sales is advantageous
- Pharmaceutical sales reps with a passion to break into MedTech sales are encouraged to apply.
You will need:
- A full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- Strong clinical understanding and confidence in a hospital environment
- A consultative approach and ability to build trust with clinicians
TERRITORY: South coast outside of the M25 – Kent to Southampton up to Reading.
Package & Benefits: Basic Salary: £45,000-£55,000 (depending on experience). Commission: £26,000+ OTE. Company Car or Car Allowance. Benefits: 26 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, full training and development plan.
