Territory management role selling an exciting portfolio of medical devices and consumables. Full autonomy across Scotland and the North East of England. Innovative product range including infusion pumps, monitoring and diagnostic equipment. Highly respected distributor with strong performance across acute care settings.
As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a portfolio of medical devices and consumables throughout Scotland and North East England. Your customers will include consultants, senior nurses, EBME teams and procurement, working across departments such as ICU, neo-natal and theatre. There will be a healthy mix of new business and account management – maintaining, winning and building strong clinical and commercial relationships, delivering product demonstrations and closing business using a confident and consultative approach.
You will join a well-established organisation known for strong product training, ongoing commercial development and genuine career progression. With full support from both clinical and commercial teams, you will gain exposure to a wide range of hospital departments and build a strong foundation for long‑term success in medical device sales.
Requirements:
- Experience in medical device sales or a relevant clinical background and looking to transition into a commercial role
- Neonatal / Midwifery experience beneficial but not essential
- A driven, tenacious and highly motivated personality
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior clinical stakeholders
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

The Package:
- Basic salary: £35,000 – £45,000
- OTE: approx. £7,000 to £13,000+ uncapped commission
- Hybrid company car (Audi A3 level) or £450 per month car allowance
- 25 days annual leave + stats
- Business mileage allowance
This position covers Scotland and North East England. We’re looking for candidates based in Scotland due to location of the main accounts. Edinburgh would be ideal!
