THE ROLE
- Lead, coach and develop a team of four field sales professionals, helping them maximise performance and deliver sustainable growth.
- You’ll spend regular time in the field supporting the team, developing sales strategies and driving high standards across the region.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience managing a B2B field sales team.
- A background selling capital equipment, commercial vehicles, off-highway machinery, fleet solutions or similar.
- A structured, organised approach to coaching and sales management.
- Able to travel to Northern Ireland frequently.
