Role Overview:
This is a field-based position supporting hospitals through the installation, planned preventative maintenance, calibration, validation, and repair of advanced sterilisation and high-level disinfection equipment. The majority of your time will be spent completing planned maintenance activities, alongside breakdown support, validation work, and customer technical support. The role offers a great mix of autonomy, technical challenge, and customer interaction within a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and calibration activities.
- Complete validation testing on sterilisation equipment.
- Diagnose faults and undertake reactive breakdown repairs.
- Service advanced medical sterilisation and disinfection systems.
- Support networking and connectivity of installed equipment.
- Maintain accurate service documentation.
- Build strong relationships with hospital engineering teams and clinical customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Field Service Engineering experience within medical devices.
- Validation experience is essential.
- Experience working on regulated medical equipment.
- Good understanding of networking and IT connectivity.

- Full UK Driving Licence.
