Field-based customer marketing role across a leading private healthcare channel. Drive tailored campaigns that directly support sales growth and market share. Hybrid of strategic planning, CRM management, and hands-on customer engagement. 3+ days per week visiting key independent customers.
A field-based Customer Marketing position responsible for planning, delivering and optimising marketing activity across the private sector branch network channel. You will build customer relationships to understand their marketing needs, work closely with sales and marketing teams to design and implement customer campaigns, support product adoption, and drive commercial growth through tailored activity.
Location: UK field-based with regular travel to customer sites (minimum 3 days per week on the road).
Requirements of Field Marketing:
- Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience or equivalent
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness with a strategic mindset – identifying customer pain points
- Confident working autonomously in a field-based role (managing own diary)
- Experience with CRM systems and campaign delivery
