The Role The business is looking for an Event Sales Manager to generate supplier revenue across 4-5 international events each year. This is a full sales cycle role focused on new business, account growth and consultative selling. You’ll manage your own pipeline, sell sponsorship and event packages, and build long-term client relationships across multiple event cycles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving new business through outreach, LinkedIn and market research
  • Managing supplier relationships and growing existing accounts
  • Selling sponsorship, hosted meeting and premium event packages
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
  • Attending events onsite to support relationship development

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in consultative sales
  • Strong business development and pipeline management skills
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders
  • Relationship-focused and commercially driven
  • Organised and comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment

Package

  • £42,000-£45,000 basic salary
  • £16,000 OTE
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
