The Role

As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the freight market. This is a new business role, based full-time in the Southampton office. You will focus on identifying, winning and developing new customers, with the opportunity to retain and grow accounts over time. The role is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term client base and increase earnings year on year through consistent performance. You will be selling all freight services into small and medium sized companies. This role offers a clear development path, with earnings increasing as your client base grows and relationships mature.

The Package

£30,000-£35,000 base salary. Commission paid on top of base salary with realistic commission progression:
