They’re now looking to recruit ambitious graduates across the UK who are looking to kick-start their sales careers with a graduate role that offers market-leading levels of development and progression.
What is the Graduate Sales Associate opportunity?
Working as a Graduate Sales Associate, you will initially rotate through different departments of the business before moving full-time into sales – working closely alongside an assigned Business Development Manager to support your training and development.
Within the role itself, you will:
- Identify new client opportunities and growth initiatives
- Lead qualification of inbound enquiries, customer research and rapport building
- Book new business opportunities for experienced team members
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs, challenges and objectives
- Sell to a broad range of decision makers – from independent businesses to enterprise
- Proactively work across sales channels to maximise cross-selling with existing clients
Those that are successful in this role could see promotion opportunities come as soon as the 12-month mark, either into further internal or external sales roles. Typical prospects within the role can be: Business Development Manager > Account Management > Sales Management.
