What You’ll Do
- Grow and develop a thriving territory
- Win new business while protecting and expanding existing accounts
- Sell through dealers into dental practices and schools – groups and independents
- Build relationships with dentists, practice managers and clinical teams
- Drive sales through consultative, value-led conversations
Who You Are
- Must be from the dental industry – product knowledge is essential!
- Field sales experience
- Commercially driven and confident winning new business
- Happy to be customer-facing every day
- Full UK driving licence
The Package
- £35-55K basic
- 20% OTE (paid quarterly)
- Hybrid company car
- Healthcare, pension & 25 days holiday
