What will I do as a sales trainee?
Based from their Colchester office, your role as a Commercial Trainee would initially see you learn all aspects of the business. You will go on a journey in this role, with the first 3 months being mainly focused on product and sales training. After this time, you will be introduced to your sales targets. You will be representing their full range of products over the phone, which include a variety of premium brands.
The company is committed to your development and will invest in enrolling you on external sales training with BMS Performance, as well as all the internal training you’ll complete. As you progress within the role, opportunities to move into external sales or management can become available.
What are the company looking for?
This is an entry level sales role, no previous experience is required. The company is looking for someone enthusiastic, motivated and able to build relationships with anyone.
