Role responsibilities
- Project manage the delivery of 14+ conferences per year from planning through to on-site execution.
- Take full ownership of event logistics, including venue liaison, floorplans, function sheets, and supplier coordination.
- Manage relationships with venues, speakers, sponsors, and delegates to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Build and manage all event communications for attendees.
- Source, brief, and manage suppliers including AV, catering, branding, printing, and entertainment.
- Negotiate venue terms including day delegate rates, cancellation clauses, and contractual flexibility.
- Manage event budgets in line with company KPIs and process supplier invoices.
- Arrange accommodation, travel logistics, and shipment of materials to venues.
- Act as the central point of contact internally, ensuring clear communication across departments.
- Produce post-event reports and attend site visits as required.

- Proven experience project managing multiple events simultaneously, including on-site delivery.
