An exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing radio station known for its uncensored, unregulated content aimed at Gen Z and millennials. As the Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and nurturing partnerships with brands that resonate with a younger audience. This role offers the chance to build strong relationships with external brands, develop tailored proposals, and work closely with a creative, collaborative team to execute impactful campaigns. You will take a consultative approach, identifying potential partners and understanding their needs, then crafting campaigns, sponsorships, or joint ventures that bring mutual value. You’ll also oversee brand activations, events, and co-branded content, ensuring smooth execution and maximum impact. Exploring new partnership opportunities and staying ahead of market trends will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in podcast, radio or sponsorship sales (OR an advertising agency background).
  • A deep understanding of the 18-24 demographic and how to connect with them.
  • A self-starter attitude, with a charismatic and consultative approach to sales.
  • A natural ability to collaborate and take initiative.
  • Passion for social media and current trends, with the ability to leverage it in sales.
