You’ll take full responsibility for managing medium to large-scale development projects - overseeing planning, execution, and delivery to meet agreed scope, time, cost, and quality targets. Leading multi-disciplinary teams, you’ll coordinate stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, and operations, ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry standards. You’ll also provide guidance and coaching to other project managers, fostering best practice and continuous improvement across the function.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Certified Project Manager (PMP or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks, governance, and reporting.
- Experience working within a highly regulated or technically demanding industry, such as medical, pharma, aerospace, government, etc.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams in an international environment.
Package:
- Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience).
- Hybrid working 2 days from home per week (office near Cardiff).
