What is the Graduate Sales Associate opportunity?

Working as a Graduate Sales Associate, you will initially rotate through different departments of the business before moving full time into sales – working closely alongside an assigned Business Development Manager to support your training and development. Within the role itself, you will:

  • Identify new client opportunities and growth initiatives
  • Lead qualification of inbound enquiries, customer research and rapport building
  • Book new business opportunities for experienced team members
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs, challenges and objectives
  • Sell to a broad range of decision makers – from independent businesses to enterprise
  • Proactively work across sales channels to maximise cross-selling with existing clients

Those that are successful in this role could see promotion opportunities come as soon as the 12-month mark, either into further internal or external sales roles. Typical prospects within the role can be: Business Development Manager > Account Management > Sales Management.
