An opportunity has arisen for a Territory Manager to join a high performing commercial team, covering the Midlands region. This field-based role focuses on promoting a portfolio of general surgical instruments and sterile technology solutions into hospital environments. You will engage with key stakeholders including Sterile Services, Consultants, EBME teams, Theatre Managers, and Procurement professionals. The position combines account management with new business development, with a strong emphasis on consultative, value-based selling within clinically led environments.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospital sales
- Exposure to surgical environments is advantageous
- Commercially astute with a strategic, solutions-focused approach
- Confident engaging with clinical and procurement stakeholders
- Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills
THE PACKAGE
- Basic salary: £45,000 – £55,500 (DOE)
- Commission: £24,000 – £37,500+ uncapped
- Fully expensed company car

- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays
