An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specification Sales Manager to drive specification sales across the UK and Europe within the aviation sector. This is a technical, consultative sales role focused on securing product specifications for commercial washroom and cubicle solutions used in airport projects. Working with architects, designers, contractors and airport estates teams, you will manage projects through the specification process, deliver CPD presentations and build long-term relationships across a defined, high-value market. The role is primarily remote with occasional customer visits across the UK, Ireland, and Europe where required.
Location
Hybrid role covering the UK & Europe. Candidates will ideally be based south of Birmingham, with travel across the territory as required.
Requirements
- Experience in specification sales within the construction industry, ideally supplying products into airport projects
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging with architects, designers, contractors and end users
- Full UK driving licence
The Package
- £60,000 basic salary
- £9,000 OTE paid monthly
- £4,800 annual car allowance plus mileage
- 26 days holiday
