What will the opportunity look like?

  • The business is seeking an entry level candidate to join as a Graduate Field Sales Executive, working with new and existing clients across the West Midlands.
  • You will be managing a portfolio of accounts across a variety of sectors including electrical wholesale, student accommodation and councils. This is largely an account management role; however, with Stearn’s diverse product range, you will have a huge scope to develop new business opportunities.
  • Alongside all the internal training you’ll do with the business, there is opportunity to be enrolled into a professional Level 4 Sales Training Apprenticeship delivered by well-respected sales training provider BMS Progress.

What are we looking for?

  • A full UK driving license
  • Educated to degree level is desirable
  • Confidence! Someone that is a good communicator, perhaps due to a background in retail/hospitality or through a hobby such as sport
  • Resilience – sales isn’t easy! The up & down nature is suited to an individual that wants to be rewarded for succeeding in a fast-paced environment
